Your wedding day coordination journey begins when you meet the Couture Wedding Planning team at our studio in Crows Nest for a complimentary initial consultation. During this consultation, we will go through each of the elements of your wedding and learn about all the intricate details that you have planned.
Once you have decided to engage Couture Wedding Planning as your wedding day coordinator we will be available on an advisory basis during your wedding planning process, so we can advise you of any particular supplier you may be looking for or to guide you through any particular challenges that might arise. This a very unique experience that we offer that sets us apart from other planners that may just want to start communicating a couple months out from the wedding. Even though this package is perfect for a couple that wants to plan their own wedding and are happy to attend all their meetings on their own and manage their own budgets, it is still lovely to know you can lean on Couture Wedding Planning to guide you through any unexpected situations that you may need advice on or if you’re just having a hard time finding the perfect supplier for something that you want at your wedding.
Included in your Wedding day Coordination package is 3 face to face meetings. We love to allocate these to meet with your key suppliers such as your Reception Venue, Photographer and Florist, a couple of months out from the wedding, to ensure we are all on the same page on the lead up to the wedding.
An enormous part of the Wedding day Coordination is the creation of our comprehensive timeline that has all the intricate details of your wedding day recorded. We develop this 5 to 10-page document together to include important information from what time the makeup artist is arriving, to what time the wedding cars are coming to collect you, to what time you florist will drop off your flower at your venue. The timeline also includes detailed notes on what exactly each supplier is delivering and how It will be set up.
The week before the wedding we communicate this timeline with all your suppliers and personally call each supplier to make sure they understand the delivery times and double check the list of items they are bringing and all the intricate details associated with your wedding day that relates to them.
On the wedding day itself, we will arrive at your ceremony and reception venues to coordinate all your suppliers and make sure the venues are being set up in the way we discussed before the wedding. We then stay with you during the ceremony and reception to make sure both of these events run seamlessly and address any challenges that come up during the day.
Our Goal is to make sure you have the most amazing and magical day of your lives and celebrate it with all your family and friends. Leaving all the logistical details to us so you can concentrate on making the memories that will last a lifetime.
One of our unique services that we offer to all our wedding couples is that we collect up all their special items at the end of the night such as copies of your menu, your bonbonniere, your toasting glasses, guest book etc and place them into your suite or getaway car so none of your special items go missing. This allows you to leave on a high and not worry where all your memorable items have gone.
